Once a strategy and plan is agreed the big questions becomes - Who’s going to do the work?

 

Annette will work as part of your team to deliver on the firm’s business growth agenda and help to:

  • Secure buy-in from each partner on a focused commercial strategy with agreed KPIs and accountability.

  • Agree a number of key clients/targets for revenue growth, profitability, business development and strategic sector alignment that is measured and monitored.

  • Drive collaboration within the firm and among partners by adopting a ‘client for life’ mindset with a client-centric approach.

  • Create a set of procedures and processes designed to deliver superior client management and client targeting strategies that will ultimately be embedded by partners and fee earners in the firm.
